Creating from Knowledge

How can we document energy in
the garden?

On our first visit to the Peabody garden this fall, we took clipboards outside to record any evidence of the sun's energy working in our garden.

Each student chose an area of interest and drew what they saw.  Their observational drawings reflected  life in our garden from the small green tomatoes to the new leaves on the strawberry plant.

One of our students even discovered an insect living among the salvia
