This site outlines the NWF project.  It delineates how to create a habitat and  how to have it certified.

This site is a source for children's gardening supplies and resources for garden based education.

This site is provides excellent and comprehensive support for teachers engaged in working with children in a school gardening program.  Included is information on grants and funding.

This site is an excellent source of curriculum materials related to gardening and habitat education.
Project Learning Tree:

Project Learning Tree is an interdisciplinary environmental education program  aimed at helping students gain an awareness and knowledge of the natural world and their responsibility for it.

This is a good site for teachers who wish to transform the school sites into a learning lab.  Curriculum materials are available and provide very good suggestions for curriculum.
